Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing.
• Coaches and mentors tellers in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Coaches and mentors tellers in lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Coaches and mentors tellers with clear communication, transaction handling and problem resolution; assist Branch Manager in performance processes.
• Adheres to policies and ensures teller and branch daily operations are efficient and accurate.
