Qualifications

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions and opportunities.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Leads lobby engagement activities to position PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Assists Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and ensures efficient daily operations.
