Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty; identifies banking opportunities and refers as appropriate.
• Leads conversations with customers, performing referrals to branch staff as needed.
• Engages customers in lobby activities, educates on options for banking with technology and resources.
• Supports branch manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures daily operations and teller transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
