Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Coaches tellers on identifying opportunities through conversations and referrals.
• Engages customers to position PNC products to meet their needs and maintain loyalty.
• Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and tools.
• Supports branch operations and performance management with the Branch Manager.
