Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Designer to join our team. You will set up and manage Revit BIM models, coordinate with discipline leads, and produce 3D content and 2D construction drawings for telecom projects across data center environments.

In this role you’ll work under telecom discipline leads, apply Navisworks and AutoCAD alongside Revit, and ensure models are clash-free and compliant with Jacobs and client standards while collaborating with designers, engineers, and project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Revit design experience in telecom/DS design.
• 2+ years in telecom systems design and construction industry.
• Growing understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design documentation and BIM management using Revit.
• Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline leads.
• Create 2D construction drawings and fully coordinated 3D models (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L).
• Coordinate with other designers, discipline leads, architects and engineers on Jacobs team.
• Ensure clash-free models and adherence to Jacobs/client BIM standards.
