Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Designer to develop and manage Revit BIM models, coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver clash-free, constructible 3D models and 2D drawings. The role requires Revit expertise and familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD within a telecom context.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on collaboration across offices and remote locations, supported by Jacobs' hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Revit design experience.
• 2+ years in telecommunications systems design and construction.
• Growing understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Experience following client design and modeling standards.

Responsibilities

• Design BIM models in Revit and manage content for fully coordinated 3D models across disciplines.
• Create 2D construction drawings and ensure coordination with designers, leads and engineers.
• Follow Jacobs and client BIM standards and contribute to clash-free deliverables.
