Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Designer to join our team across the United States. You will set up and manage Revit BIM models and produce 3D models and 2D construction drawings in coordination with discipline leads for data center projects.

Using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, you’ll create clash-free deliverables and ensure adherence to Jacobs BIM standards, collaborating with designers, architects and engineers to turn design intent into constructible outputs in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 3+ years Revit design experience.
• 2+ years in telecom systems design and construction.
• Understanding of codes and standards shaping design.
• Experience with client design and modeling standards.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam markup software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline leads.
• Create 3D models and 2D construction drawings across design disciplines.
