Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced technology operations professional to support assigned domains. You will design, implement, and govern solutions to ensure performance, availability, and security across platforms, infrastructure, and networks.

You will own governance patterns, contribute to roadmaps, and mentor teammates while coordinating with vendors and partner teams to drive improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services, working independently under general supervision to meet targets for performance, availability, reliability, and security.
• Owns and executes defined processes within the area of responsibility, contributing to the development and maintenance of technology standards, runbooks, and governance patterns, and applying them consistently to reduce risk, support compliance, and improve day-to-day operations.
• Leads components of larger initiatives or moderately complex efforts within the job area by planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions and operational improvements, collaborating with other teams and coordinating tasks for lower-level technical professionals.
