Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years in technology operations or related roles.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, hardware, software and networks.
• Experience with operating procedures and compliance in tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for platforms, infrastructure and systems.
• Administers hardware, software, databases, and end-user tech per procedures.
• Coordinates routine operational activities with other teams and vendors.
• Monitors performance, alerts and queues; escalates complex issues as needed.
• Supports installation planning, task readiness, and deployment coordination.
• Follows standards, policies, and procedures to support security and risk mgmt.
• Participates in maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting; runs runbooks.
• Documents requests, workarounds and resolutions for process improvement.
• Provides training to lower level staff and reviews their work for accuracy.
