Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Technology Operations professional to implement and optimize systems-level solutions. The role focuses on planning, governance, and improving operational processes, maintaining production stability, and ensuring asset accuracy.

You will work independently and with cross-functional teams, collaborating with vendors when needed. The position requires on-site work five days a week at one of the posted locations, with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance to deliver stable technology services and suggest improvements.
• Analyze data and system outputs to assess health and lifecycle status of components.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose design-level improvements to tools and workflows.
• Identify recurring issues and propose solution recommendations to reduce risk.
• Evaluate operational trends and risks to influence technology strategy and resource planning.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
