Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Developing understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operational performance to support delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of technology services.
• Analyzes data, reports, and system outputs to assess health and lifecycle status of technology components.
• Performs root-cause analysis and recommends design-level improvements to tools and workflows.
• Identifies recurring issues and proposes solution recommendations to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Evaluates trends and risks to influence technology strategy and resource planning.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and tooling improvements to enhance service reliability.
• Assesses asset utilization and costs, recommending optimizations for cost-effective operations.
• Coordinates with vendors and adjacent teams to validate changes and align with architecture.
• Supports incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures and captures learnings.
