Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in technology governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services with targets for performance and security.
• Owns and executes defined processes, contributing to standards, runbooks, and governance.
• Leads components of initiatives by planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and optimizes tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Provides technical guidance and coaching, reviewing design and troubleshooting.
• Translates requirements into practical implementation plans and recommendations.
• Collaborates with vendors and adjacent teams to support integration and architecture.
• Monitors metrics and logs to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Acts as technical liaison for vendors and teams on assigned solutions.
• May perform incident response and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity.
