• Delivers day-to-day operational support for assigned technology platforms, infrastructure, and systems, helping maintain production stability and performance.
• Administers and supports hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology following established procedures to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Coordinates with cross-team efforts to address risks, dependencies, and issues impacting operations.
