• Implements and optimizes technology operations and systems-level solutions.
• Maintains production stability and asset accuracy.
• Analyzes issues and recommends solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Performs root-cause analysis and suggests workflow improvements.
• Evaluates risks and provides recommendations impacting operations and technology strategy.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and tooling improvements.
• Supports vendor interactions and validates proposed changes.
• Participates in incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
