Compass is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, data, and product teams. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to design sourcing strategies and screen applicants.

This in-office role in New York requires 3+ years recruiting engineers, strong communication, and experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will promote the Compass brand and help build a diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting engineers.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly and effectively.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through referrals, networks, internal databases, and research.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive.
• Promote the Compass brand and leverage creative methods to attract top candidates.
