- 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing engineers.
- Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- BS/BA with strong academic record.

- Manage full recruitment life cycle for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and screen applicants.
- Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals and research.
