Job summary

Compass is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead the talent strategy for Engineering, Data, and Product. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, promoting the Compass culture.

You will build pipelines, use innovative sourcing techniques, and advocate for a diverse, inclusive team. This role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• BA or BS with a strong academic record.
• Must multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage active and passive candidates.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve sourcing and outreach.
• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in evaluating applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly and effectively.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals, networking, internal databases, and research.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and stay responsive throughout the process.
• Promote the Compass brand and creatively attract strong candidates.
