Job summary

Compass is seeking a recruiter to own the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to interviews, focusing on engineering roles. You will partners with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, professional candidate communication, and promoting the Compass brand to attract top talent. Ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize workflows is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience with Greenhouse (or other ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiency.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employment
• Work with Compass hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectively
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
• Promote the Compass brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates
