Job summary

Compass is hiring a Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for Engineering, Data, and Product. This in-office role partners with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines across multiple departments.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while promoting Compass culture and brand to attract top technical talent. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential, with experience in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline
• Experience with Greenhouse (or other ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency with Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing resumes to screenings and interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and screen candidates quickly
• Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals, networking, and research
• Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly
• Promote the Compass brand to attract qualified candidates
