Compass is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for Engineering, Data, and Product. This in-office role partners with hiring managers to build and manage technical pipelines, source top engineers, and promote our culture.

You’ll drive the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to interviews and candidate assessment. You will collaborate with teams, leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, and maintain a strong, professional candidate experience while representing Compass’s

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting engineers and sourcing candidates.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews and suitability assessment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals, networks, databases, and research.
• Communicate professionally and respond promptly to candidates.
• Promote Compass brand to attract qualified candidates.
