Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience with Greenhouse (or other ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiency.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to interviews.
• Coordinate screenings and interviews, assess applicant suitability.
• Proactively source candidates via referrals, networks, and research.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and recruiters.
• Promote Compass to attract qualified candidates.
