Compass is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Engineering, Data, and Product teams in Los Angeles. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and select top technical talent while promoting Compass culture and brand.

This in-office role requires hands-on sourcing, strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive approach to building diverse pipelines. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates via referrals, networking, and research.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and responsively.
• Promote the Compass brand to attract qualified candidates.
