Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a highly capable Technical Product Manager to drive requirements and NPI for EW and sensing solutions. You will translate complex defense needs into hardware configurations, software specs, and intuitive operator experiences, bridging tactical needs with engineering execution.
The role asks for expertise in tactical RF networks, sensing systems, software-defined architectures, and end-to-end product lifecycle management, including
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or highly related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless comms.
- Strong knowledge of wireless comms, RF systems, SDRs, mesh networks or spectrum ops.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
- Own and manage sprint planning, backlog, and release cadences for EW software features and firmware.
- Oversee hardware NPI and product lifecycle for FASST and LSNRS products.
- Collaborate with R&D, ops, sales, and go-to-market teams; support field testing.
