Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue growth for EW & Sensing solutions. This role reports to the Director of Product Management on the Product team.
The successful candidate will translate complex defense needs into hardware configurations, software specs, and intuitive operator experiences, bridging R&D and field operations across hybrid work locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless comms.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or ops.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
- Own NPI for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products, driving hardware cycles and end-user experience.
- Define edge-node transceiver behavior and ensure integration with hardware/software teams.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW software features and firmware.
- Oversee product lifecycle and field feedback for continuous improvement.
