Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive EW & Sensing product requirements and NPI processes. You will translate complex defense needs into hardware and software specs, and own the end-to-end lifecycle for FASST and LSNRS products.

You will bridge R&D and GTM teams, manage agile backlogs, and partner with sales for adoption and revenue growth. Some travel and hybrid work in the US are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware/sensor configurations.
• FASST & LSNRS Ownership & NPI: direct technical requirements, drive NPI cycles, validate end-to-end UX for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios.
• Tactical Applications: own and define how the transceiver operates for edge node operations.
• Engineering Liaison: collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Sprint & Backlog Ownership: manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW software features and firmware builds.
• Scope & Trade-off Analysis: evaluate feature requests against timelines and field expectations.
• Product Lifecycle & NPI Management: oversee lifecycle of FASST and LSNRS from concept to deployment.
• Travel: ability to travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
