Zusammenfassung

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue growth for EW & Sensing Solutions. This role reports to the Director of Product Management on the Product team.

You will translate complex EW requirements into hardware configurations, software specs, and intuitive operator experiences, bridging tactical needs with engineering execution across NPI cycles for FASST and LSNRS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering within defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into structured technical requirements.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• U.S. Citizenship required; all employment contingent on background check and drug test.

Aufgaben

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Direct hardware NPI cycles and ensure end-to-end user experience for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios.
• Define how the transceiver operates for edge node operations and optimize interfaces for combat and emergency responders.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to align product execution with strategy and timelines.
• Travel up to 25% to support field testing, customer integrations, or meetings.
