Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements and product backlog for EW & sensing solutions. You will own hardware NPI, translate military use cases into specs, and partner with engineering and sales to grow revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering within defense or wireless sectors, strong RF knowledge, and a US security clearance or ability to obtain one in 15 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or RF Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace or wireless comms.
• Strong knowledge of wireless RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or spectrum ops.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet release dates.
• Security clearance: Active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. citizen required.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Translate EW mission capabilities into technical requirements and stories.
• Own B2B product backlog, NPI cycles for FASST and LSNRS products.
• Define how transceiver operates for edge node operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations and sales teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
