Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a highly capable Technical Product Manager to own requirements, backlog, and market adoption for EW and sensing solutions. You will bridge tactical mission needs with hardware and software execution, shaping edge-node transceivers and field deployments across defense and public safety contexts.
The role demands deep RF and software-defined architectures expertise, cross-functional leadership, and willingness to travel to support field
Qualifications
- Translate high-level military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless industries preferred.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet tight release dates.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product definition, requirements, and NPI for EW/Sensing products.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog, and release cadences for software features and firmware.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and field teams to ensure end-to-end customer experience.
- Ensure regulatory, validation, and field deployment considerations are met.
