Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to own EW/Sensing hardware and software requirements, NPI cycles, and edge-node RF applications. Translate tactical needs into actionable specs and drive cross‑functional execution with engineering, operations and sales.

Based in Irvine, CA with a hybrid schedule and US remote options, travel up to 25–50% to support field testing, customer integrations and demonstrations of defense and public-safety tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular, software user stories and hardware/sensor configurations.
• Direct technical requirements and NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios, ensuring end-to-end user experience.
• Own transceiver operation for edge node applications and collaborate with hardware/software engineering teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware.
• Travel up to 25–50% to support field testing, customer integrations, and demonstrations.
