Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive EW and sensing solutions from requirements through NPI. You will own hardware and software specs, and optimize transceiver platforms for edge-node operations in defense and public safety contexts.

The role reports to the Director of Product Management on the Product team, located in Irvine, CA with hybrid work and potential remote options for US-based candidates, plus 25–50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless comms, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networks or spectrum ops.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into detailed technical requirements.
• Direct hardware NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products and ensure optimal user experience.
• Own transceiver behavior for edge-node operations and collaborate with hardware/software teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases for EW-related software features and firmware.
