Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, product backlog, market adoption, and revenue for EW & Sensing solutions. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires translating military use cases into hardware and software specifications.
You will own hardware NPI, guide edge-node transceiver optimization, and coordinate with R&D, operations, and sales.
Qualifications
- Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular, software user stories and hardware configurations.
- Direct technical requirements, NPI cycles, and end-to-end user experience for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios.
- Own and define transceiver operation for edge node deployments.
- Coordinate with hardware and software engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware.
- Analyze customer feature requests and balance timelines with field expectations.
- Oversee lifecycle and physical hardware NPI for FASST and LSNRS products from concept to sustainment.
- Drive post-launch adoption and collaborate with Sales to grow revenue.
