Yardi seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager to help clients maximize value from property management software. You’ll combine technical aptitude with strong communication to support setup, troubleshooting, and daily use across a suite of products.

You’ll travel during training in the second week and work with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, solution-focused support and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, math, or CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email, troubleshooting effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-focused mindset.
