Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager in New York to guide clients using our software, supporting financial, operational, compliance, and resident service needs. You’ll troubleshoot, set up, and provide day-to-day assistance to ensure a smooth, reliable experience with our solutions.

You’ll collaborate with teams, build trust with clients, and travel during the second week of employment for training as needed. A client-focused, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering live support via phone and email.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.
