Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help clients maximize their use of our software. You will implement and configure systems, advise on best practices, and deliver customized solutions.

You will troubleshoot complex issues while building strong client relationships across teams. The ideal candidate has a degree and at least two years of technical or client support experience, with deep knowledge of Yardi products and accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Two years of technical or client support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi domain or relevant industry.
• Ability to independently manage and resolve client issues.
• Strong technical and product knowledge of one or more Yardi software products.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and property management context.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL/Oracle concepts.
• Strong decision making, time management, and communication skills.
