Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to help multifamily clients maximize value from our property management software. You’ll blend technical setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use to ensure a smooth, successful client experience.

Travel is required during the second week of employment for training, with local or alternate-session options. You’ll expand product knowledge and support a collaborative, outcomes-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience providing live support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with emphasis on accuracy.
