Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager to help clients maximize value from Yardi’s property management software. You’ll combine technical setup, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day support to ensure a smooth, successful experience with our software.

You’ll build expertise in Yardi’s solutions across financial, operational, and tenant management needs. A collaborative team will support you as you travel for training during the second week and grow with industry trends to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, math, or computer/engineering services.
Experience providing live support via phone and email.
Proactive problem-solver with strong customer focus.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Skilled at building relationships and earning trust with clients.
Quick learner of new tools and concepts.
Organized with clear task prioritization.

Responsibilities

Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone.
