Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment 8–25 hours per week, with paid training. The role starts at $12.00 per hour, with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers to support account reviews and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and recommend products.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through excellent service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech approachable.
• Support a fast-paced store environment with guest interactions and follow-through.
