Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer, seeks a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time in our stores. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most.

You will lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions while providing product benefits and thoughtful recommendations to guests, even during busy periods. Starts at $16/hour with paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
• Assist the team with guest interactions and follow-through during peak times.
