From supporting our team's sales process to sharing your product knowledge, you will connect our guests to what matters most. You will be the face of Victra! Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week, with this position starting at $18.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest triage during heavy traffic.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
