Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Part-time Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. In this role, you will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and help connect guests to what matters most in-store.

You’ll work 8 to 25 hours per week, with starting pay at $20.31 per hour. Paid training and a supportive onboarding experience set you up for success from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and customer queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to make the visit positive.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through excellent service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech and build trust.
