Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most, while representing Victra in a friendly, energetic environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule (8–25 hours per week) with paid training, and starts at $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to solve problems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service during every guest interaction to create a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and suggest products and services.
• Be an enthusiastic guest advocate and engage customers with a friendly approach.
• Present product benefits and solutions through outstanding service.
