Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. From supporting our teams sales process to sharing your product knowledge, you will connect our guests to what matters most.

You will be the face of Victra! Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $12.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service in retail or service industry.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
