Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during peak times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and daily store operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and offer recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and help make tech easy to use.
• Assist the team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
