This part-time role offers flexible hours (8–25 per week), paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team. Starting pay is $18.90 per hour with benefits listed on the company site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
