Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support store operations during heavy traffic periods.
• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage.
• Lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction and ensure a positive visit.
• Create personal connections with guests to help them understand products and options.
