Capital One is hiring a Principal Associate, Tech Operations to support a nationwide enterprise workforce with end-user tech support, incident and change management, and proactive problem resolution. You will document solutions and improve knowledge bases while collaborating across teams to drive reliability and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on technical capabilities, and experience with Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects or operations teams.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting or administering monitoring, alerting, and escalation systems.
• At least 4 years of Technical Operations experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
• At least 4 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite technology support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce.
• Manage end user support, incident, change, and problem management and knowledge management.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge bases and SOPs.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.
