Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience managing IT projects or operations teams.
• 4+ years of experience supporting monitoring, alerting, and escalation systems.
• 4+ years of technical operations experience.
• 4+ years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
• 4+ years of experience with incident management and reporting tools.
• 4+ years of experience with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of scripting for automating operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify incidents and escalate as needed.
• Document recurring issues, resolutions, and steps in knowledge base.
