Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects or operations teams
• 6+ years of Technical Operations experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
• 6+ years of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
• 6+ years of experience in technical operations or end user technical support
• 4+ years of experience managing system monitoring and incident response processes at the enterprise level
• 4+ years of experience leading automation initiatives or workflow improvements within operational teams

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by developing metrics and dashboards to monitor service performance, availability, and end user satisfaction
• Oversee implementation and ongoing improvement of monitoring, altering, and incident response practices to ensure rapid issue detection and resolution
• Partner with engineering and security teams to identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and process optimization that enhance reliability and reduce manual effort
• Establish and maintain documentation standards and knowledge management practices to ensure consistency across teams and locations
