Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Tech Operations (Intelligent Foundations & Experiences - Finance Tech) to lead IT service delivery, incident management, and automation initiatives. The role focuses on operational excellence, end-user experience, and cross-functional collaboration to drive reliability and efficiency across the Technology Operations teams.

You will oversee end-user support, monitoring, and knowledge management, while developing dashboards and KPIs to measure performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects or operations teams.
• 6+ years of Technical Operations experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to support business growth, service goals and compliance with policies and security regulations.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor service performance, availability and end user satisfaction.
• Oversee monitoring, incident response, and change management practices to ensure rapid issue detection and resolution.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to identify opportunities for automation, tooling and process optimization.
