Job summary

Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLC seeks a Technology Operations Analyst to maintain and optimize SSE's IT environment, delivering reliable end‑user support and improving the employee experience.

Ideal candidates will manage end‑user devices, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in on‑site support during games and events. Experience with M365, SharePoint, Intune, and security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across functions and vendors.
• Strong collaborator with a team‑first mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise platforms and end‑user technology.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Rooms, and Asana.
• Manage user access and permissions to SSE enterprise systems.
• Support ticketing platforms and IT equipment requests.
• Configure and support Windows and Apple end‑user devices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Adhere to SSE data retention and IT policies.
• Participate in on‑site IT support for games and events.
